Meet The Partners

Annie Toker - Partner Annie is an experienced Beauty & Wellness Strategic Business, Marketing & Communications Consultant with 20+ year’s experience working on some of the world’s biggest beauty brands and pioneering start-ups. Annie has worked on international global brands at big corporations including Chanel (Bourjois) and Pfizer, but her passion has been in nurturing and growing small, challenger brands such as Childs Farm, Prai Beauty and Blueiron through proven techniques and industry experience into successful, here to stay brands with potential to gain investment.

Katy Eccles - Partner Katy has worked in retail for 30+ plus years gaining experience from the shop floor level at Top Shop rising to National Account Manager and working directly with Senior Buyers from the leisure, grocery and wellness sectors. More recently she has worked with brands helping them to launch in UK retailers such as Boots, M&S, Waitrose, Debenhams and pure play beauty e-retailers including Sephora and THG helping them to secure listings and expand their ranges. Katy's experience also includes co-ordinating events, team management, sampling and merchandising for brands such as Samsung, Nissan, PRAI Beauty, Vita Liberata, Cannaray CBD, Salon Prive, Blue Iron and more. As a qualified Beautician Katy also acts as product and brand educator creating training manuals and presenting on QVC , FaceBook and Tiktok as well as hosting Instagram Lives, acting as an expert in her field of wellness and beauty.
